January comes from the word Janus. It means forwards and backwards. On New Year's Day we look backwards to where we have been and forward to where we are going. Forward and backward are opposites. We had fun learning about opposites and we shared our New Year's Resolution. There sure is going to be a lot of clean rooms out there! My resolution is to make myself take pictures throughout the day. We get so busy in our room, I often forget, the batteries die, or I have put the camera down and can't remember where I put it!
